Staying Active During COVID-19
Hello Massage Me Kt Members! Hopefully this entry finds you all feeling great and up beat! I know this time is hard for some of you all that are at home during the “shut down”. You may be feeling anxious, antsy, bored, tired and many other uncertain emotions. While others are really enjoying the time off finding new hobbies, catching up on reading, house/yard work, exercising, spending much needed time with family and else.
Here are are a few things to keep you relaxed during this time! As we look forward to seeing all of your smiling faces soon to reconvene our regular massage sessions:
