Know Before You Go:

  • All payments are due PRIOR to services being rendered. That is payment for service, cancellation and or late fee.

  • We DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS. Come with cash in hand, and or Zelle payment option through your banking establishment.  If you leave to go to the atm for cash. You will only receive the time remaining for your scheduled appointment.

  • We DO NOT ACCEPT CashApp, Venmo, Paypal, or any other payment apps.

  • All appointments made prior to opening hours and after closing hours due to accommodations will be subject to a $25 service fee due at time of service. Be sure to read our hours of operation when seeking appointment times.

  • Priority Booking- Need a specific time? We have to squeeze you in to OUR schedule to accommodate...YOU WILL BE SUBJECT TO AN ADDITIONAL $25 PRIORITY BOOKING FEE (WEEKEND AND WEEKDAY APPOINTMENTS). Be sure to read our hours of operation when seeking appointment times.

  • We are not on any social sites and not offering any discounts, vouchers or coupons unless stated by, New Heights Spa and Wellness LLC.

Cancellations

  • You have a 15-minute grace period after your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive after that 15-minute time frame your appointment will be canceled. 

  • If you know you will be late or unable to make your appointment time. Please call as we may be in a service and unable to take your call. Be sure to leave a voicemail! 

  • Same day cancellations are always subject to a reschedule fee of $35. If you same day cancel more than once you will no longer be allowed to schedule an appointment again.

While in Office

  • Treatments can run over a couple minutes due to undressing and dressing. Please be patient for others as you will receive your full massage time. 

  • All cell phones are required to be on silent and or off during services. Leave your BlueTooths, earpieces, watches and or other devices off of your person while receiving your massage treatment.

  • Limit your in-office discussion to your massage treatment please. We will not be engaging in any other discussions. Any conversation that we deem as unprofessional. You will be asked not to return to our establishment.

  • Do not waste our time and we will not waste yours! Limit your phone calls to after you leave our office unless it is an emergency. Believe me they will tell you if they enjoyed their massage after they leave. 

  • Please come prepared to receive treatment. Loose and or relaxed fitted clothing, we ask that you do not come in right after a workout without showering first. 

  • Any add on treatments (hot stones, scalp treatment, aromatherapy etc. ) are required to be paid for prior to receiving
    services.

  • Please no additional people in the spa unless discussed otherwise with the provider prior to your arrival.

  • If you are on any type of medication that can affect the massage treatment at time of service, please disclose that.

  • Drink plenty of water before and after your massage treatment.

  • Communication is the key to any great massage. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. We are here to provide you exceptional professional quality services with integrity.

Massage Packages:

  • All massage packages expire within 60 days of purchase date. Unless already scheduled on our calendar. If you do not use it you will lose it.

  •  You will not be able to reschedule multiple times. If you reschedule once that will be the only time. Again, you do not use it you will lose it. 

  • If you purchase a package for yourself, you cannot share it unless you obtain gift certificates for the other treatments at time of purchase. (If you paid for it for yourself, you schedule it for yourself)
